Tasty prawn toasts, use them on a finger buffet or as an accompaniment to a Chinese meal.

Put the prawns, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg and a pinch of salt into a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into 4 triangles Spread the prawn paste thickly onto the bread it should form a small mound.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds Deep fry paste side down for 2-3 minutes then turn them over and fry for a further 2 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Remove from the fryer, drain on kitchen paper and serve.
