As a Master Chef of Great Britain I have been a Head Chef in many hotels in and around Greater Manchester and Cheshire. My experience incorporates work in five star hotels, Shrigley Hall Hotel Golf & Country Club, event catering, fine dining restaurants and banqueting.
I've been involved with food since I was born, like every one. Having worked in hotels, restaurants, canteens and even private residences I thought I'd find somewhere to store my recipes and at the same time share them with anyone else that wants to use them. I'm particularly interested in getting young people to cook. There is so much bad technique and confusing information out there. Whether it's in glossy magazines or the latest television programme.

He is a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the British Culinary Association, the World Master Chefs Society, as well as the Vegetarian Society. He has won gold, silver and bronze at numerous Tuco competitions.
