Pork is really cheap but try and buy British because I believe it is tastier and cleaner that imported meat. There are barbecue sauce recipes on this site or you could just make a mustard sauce with French mustard.

Season the pork on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the pork loin on a grill pan and cook under a grill for ten minutes.
Turn the pork over and cook for a further ten minutes.
Heat up the sauce in a small sauce pan according to manufacturers instructions.
Arrange the pork loin steaks on a plate with a mixed salad and some noodles. Spoon the barbecue sauce over the pork and serve.
Variations might be a sprinkling of grated cheese over the sauce and maybe season the meat with the addition of cinnamon.
