Grilled River Cobbler

Serves 2 in 20 Minutes

You can use any white fish for this dish pangasius (river cobbler)or you can use white fish fillet, pollack or hoki.

Make sure the fish is defrosted if bought frozen. Defrost in the fridge during the day whilst in lectures etc.

Mix the yoghurt, curry powder, squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Spread the yoghurt mix all over the fish then place the fish on a tray or foil and grill or bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with rice, potatoes or a big mixed salad.
