Fruity Chicken Feast

Serves 4 in 30 Minutes

This will make a good snack when you have to crouch over papers and books revising and you can't clear all those papers away.

Cook the chicken breasts in water with some mixed herbs for 15 ? 20 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Peel and slice the mango. Chop the chicken into small pieces.

Lay the wraps out, sprinkle with salad, add mango, then a piece of chicken, finally the prunes, drizzle liberally with dressing.

Try changing the spicy dressing for a garlic mayonnaise or salsa and mix with the chicken before laying on the salad.
