Tabbouleh

Serves 2 in 30 Minutes

This is great as an accompaniment to a main course or use as a salad dish for a buffet or gathering.

Method

Place the bulgar wheat in a bowl. Pour over enough boiling water to cover the grains.

Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to soak for 15 minutes.

Remove the cling film from the bowl.

Add the chopped herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, tomatoes and seasoning. Stir well and serve.
