Grilled River Cobbler

Difficulty: Easy ~ Serves: 2 ~ Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Fillets of the fish
  • 1 Small Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

You can use any white fish for this dish pangasius (river cobbler)or you can use white fish fillet, pollack or hoki.

  1. Step 1

    Make sure the fish is defrosted if bought frozen. Defrost in the fridge during the day whilst in lectures etc.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the yoghurt,, curry powder, squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Spread the yoghurt mix all over the fish then place the fish on a tray or foil and grill or bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes

  4. Step 4

    Serve with rice, potatoes or a big mixed salad.
